Abstract

The relevance of research on the topic "The role of the School Board in the preparation, implementation and evaluation school projects" is to report the role of the School Board as democratic management . For we will investigate the financial participation of the School Board of the School of Early Childhood Education and Elementary (EMEIF) in Fortaleza, and the democratic process, and the relationship of that with the school community and the core manager, to understand the process of decision making. The aim of this work in the broad sense is to analyze the importance of the democratic management of education - ensuring the autonomy of the school and effective participation of different segments that compose the local school - the teaching-learning process as well as positive results for a quality public school. Tries to demonstrate the complex process that involves several scenarios of multiple possibilities for the organization: the participation of the moments of the school board, the performance of the segments parents, students, faculty and staff on issues of school performance, the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of school projects included in the Political Project (PPP) school.
