dc.description.abstractThe present research work deals with access to education through constitutional and infra-constitutional guarantees, supported by technological resources of information and communication applied to education, as well as aspects of distance education in the Brazilian State. Therefore, to perform the work was used to bibliographic and documentary research, a study of the doctrine that deals with the themes and current legislation being held. It was concluded by the need of the use of information and communication technologies in order to achieve the right to education for all Brazilians, favoring the democratization of education and learning.
