Indifferent situations andwork opportunitiesoccurspossibilitiesand oftenthe need for integrationbetween devicesand methodologiesthat involveconceptsof Surveyingand classicalconcepts ofgeodesy, especially withthe use ofsatellite(GNSS) trackingdesignedfor this purpose. Insurveyswhere there arerestrictions such astree cover, or evenforspecific needsisnecessary to useconventional techniquesof Surveyingcoupled withequipment andmethodsofsatellitegeodesy. So do not justknow thegeodetic coordinatesof the vertices, it is necessary to knowtheir counterpartsinlocal topographical. In thesecasesone needs toperform thetransformation betweenthe differentsystemstoachieve thedesired goals. A typical caseis thegeoreferencingrural propertiesintroducedby Law10,267which hasby preceptperformunique andunambiguousdescriptionof the rural propertiesinBrazil, providing certainty astheirdescriptionsoftheirlocations andboundariesof the property, removing duplicateregistrations.The descriptions of thesenew registrationsmust begeoreferencedto theBrazilian Geodetic Systemandpositional accuracyset by theNational Instituteof Colonizationand Agrarian Reform(INCRA). This workaims to comparedifferentapplicationsofcoordinate transformationsgeodeticcoordinates intolocal topographical. Were employedsoftwareTransgeolocal, TopoEVN, positionandapplicationPlanaTransformationSystemSmartWorksLeica. We concludethatdifferences occurbetween applications, and softwareTransgeolocalwhichpresentsthe smallestdiscrepanciesandpositionthesoftwarethat presentsthe biggest differences, however allsystems meetthe Technicalimposed byINCRAas to the accuracyof the data.
