This research will focus in the analysis and action proposed the Integrated Seminar in high school
state school Cilon Rosa, in order to think of ways for the inclusion of environmental education at the
school context. This study proposes to think of environmental education as a form of education in a
political sense to assist the formation of citizenship and environmental awareness. The school must
contribute in the role of motivating and integrating the exchange of knowledge and techniques pointing
to a new development proposal for humanity: sustainable development. Environmental education
projects in whatever contexts must warn that the environment is not far and that resources are not out
of our daily lives, we are all interconnected by the condition of humanity. In this sense, I want to
combine the pedagogical proposal of the Integrated Seminar as an attempt to reframing habits,
concepts and practices and encourage the teaching work toward environmental education. It is
interesting that environmental education be a part of high school curriculums through interdisciplinary
projects or interdisciplinary methodologies involving the thematic environmental. The theoretical
support will be the basis of this research and will provide support for the implementation these
insertion ways of environmental education at the Cilon Rosa school.
