This study aims to demystify the paradigm regarding the integral education, analyzing the concepts that go against a truly comprehensive education and discussing the role of the front loader to these new challenges. Presents reflections on the contributions and challenges of developing the school democratic management and understand the management of the More Education Program to examine and discuss the organization and program contributions in the school community, the school practices of teachers and students' lives. It is an exploratory descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire administered to students team involved in the More Education Program in a Municipal Elementary School. The analysis of the information was qualitative and the results presented descriptively. It was found that not all students believe the program More education is an opportunity for the school to provide students educational activities that include in their entirety. In this context the manager has the role of aggregator, which spread the ideals of the program to connect all areas of the school community.
