dc.description.abstract | This experimental project proposes a photographic exhibition of black women and objective dialogue and discussion on the ethnic relations in social and educational activities which will circulate the exhibition. It brings with it the appreciation of the role of black women doer of culture in society, as a major player and not as an adjunct. In each record, an assertion of black identity, awareness and deconstruction of stereotype that woman. We want to show the power of the holy-Mariense black woman looking for a highly developed and fully democratic society, in a role of understanding and engagement in self-assertion, in search of better indicators of ethnic and racial and gender equality. Twelve (12) of black women profiles of santa-Mariense society circulate with the project on social, public and private spaces. Women will be selected through its history and role in the santa-Mariense society, their stories are intertwined by generational aspect because the plot presented by them demonstrates the empowerment of their daughters, with the particularity of maternal essence, the mother who got her social inclusion, contributes to the inclusion of his daughter, in society. As a strategy will be held periodically and itinerant photographic exhibition by shops, shopping malls, department stores, and other shops, as well as educational visits at universities, schools and other educational institutions. | |
