humanity's historical process came being accomplished only by men. However, in the society that vein changing, that is, started to observe the woman's meaning better due to the family organization, in the economy, in the social movements, in the politics and in the collective work. Therefore, the hard-working woman's presence in the rural world as workforce starting from the modernization of the Brazilian agriculture, is an important object to be researched. After all, with the modernization of the agriculture begun starting from the decades of 1960-80 the woman passed to attend as workforce and no totally subordinate to the family as previous decades. Starting from a bibliographical theoretical analysis it intends to emphasize the idea the rural hard-working woman, for
doing part of a considerable portion of the society and for representing a workforce it activates in great scale in the capitalist world, it should not be forgotten and nor treated with indifference. The rural hard-working women as social subjects and vain politicians continually transforming their lives and leaving the invisibility. Therefore,
through the hard-working women's movements they make their claims try to transform the Brazilian rural world.
