Abstract

Considering the current situation of Enlace Operativo S.A., where technological management processes and tools, well satisfy the needs of the day routine, those tools and processes are not aligned with technology management standards that ensure compliance with the company strategic planning, which includes an ISO 20000 certification by the end of 2012. To accomplish that strategy, the processes of ChangeManagement, Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, Capacity Management and Availability Management were designed.
