Análisis comparativo financiero de las empresas galardonadas y nominadas al premio Mariposa Lorenz.

Abstract

The study of business sustainability allows understanding how enterprises survive to endogenous and exogenous variables of the environment. One of those exogenous variables which has a high importance is actually financial credits. Access to credit for the enterprises that are in constant investment, growth, development, cultural changes, and something more important as the internationalization, it’s important for becoming as a sustainable enterprise among the time, connecting with exogenous variables of the market like crisis, expansion, free trade agreements, etc, play an important role in a growth process, making essential and indispensable the financing of their projects and also its leverage. There is a problem which is important to denote, and is the high rate levels the banks are giving to the companies, that have caused the enterprises need to ameliorate their financial support for being able to react before any market unforeseen in a very turbulent and no paradigms market and also another consequence is the high indebtedness. Through the investigation, it expects to do a financial approach of the sustainability companies that have won the “Mariposa Lorenz” award (Universidad del Rosario 2009), taking into account the comparative analysis of financial indicators such as liquidity, indebtedness, activity and profitability linked to strategic areas such as direction and management from an exploration of a survey which contains 47 answers where have taken those ones with high relation with the investigation topic
