It describes and explains how from the historical and ethnic logic occurred in Central Asia, it’s possible to understand the international scope of the antagonistic confrontation between Uzbeks that support secular and islamist ideas. Thus, following the parameters set by Barry Buzan regarding securitization, it can identify the creation of an Uzbek security agenda in the region of Central Asia, whose achievements helped to reduce the risk of insurgent threat.
