Abstract

Since 2000 the relations between the Republic of Cuba and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela are made based on strong ideological (socialism) and economic dynamics led to the development and progress of each nation through cooperative advantages. This evidence to the region and the world a high interest to change the current world order. Indeed a very criticized, worried about real problems but willing to solve in general.
