Resumen
This research examines the bilateral relations between China and Angola, with the purpose to
understand the challenges that these links pose to South-South Cooperation from (SSC) 2004 to
2012. It seeks to analyze how the foreign policy of China focused on SSC, expresses the intentions
of active driving relations of mutual benefit and development Support with Angola, which, becomes
ambiguous in the use of strategies and mechanisms for development Cooperation from China,
towards their individual interests. The analysis is supported under the concepts of: foreign policy,
SSC, national interest, and energy security. Which allows to undestand sino-angolan relations
within the framework of SSC, and at the same time identify and analyze the challenges of them.
The research is developed under the modality of Case Study, based primarily on qualitative method
in order to describe and analyze the facts that define and limit the research.
