Abstract

Is a fact that countries like Colombia and Peru have had a similar development through the years, issues such as domestic violence and conflict seem to be the common denominator of this region.However, Peru has managed to overcome these events using its own identity, making the effective implementation of a model of Cultural Diplomacy that has allowed this country to improve his international identity. ¿Can Colombia adopt the Peruvian model to achieve positioning in the region through culture?
