La relación entre el crimen organizado transnacional en la triple frontera y la politica exterior de seguridad de Brasil, Argentina y Paraguay entre 1996 y 2006

Abstract

This monograph will focus on the Transnational Organized Crime influence within the Tri Border Area shared by Argentina, Brasil and Paraguay regarding their Foreign Policy decision making from 1996 to 2006. It is explained how the Transnational Organized Crime and its effects on the States running might be a reason to study the situation as a Regional Security Complex. Base don the theoretical concepts of Barry Buzan and Ole Waever, and Robert Stewart and Derrick Frazier, it is posible to make progress on the goal of this research in order to expose the factors which led Argentina, Brasil and Paraguay to use a Regional Security Complex in the interest of reduce the Transnational Organized Crime effects within the Tri Border Area.
