Modelo de competencias en TIC para el personal de una organización del sector eléctrico

Abstract

This investigation sought to incorporate the intensive use of ICT in the procedures and processes needed in generation, distribution and control of energy, which is expressed in a manual for the process of human management of the organization analyzed. The study began with an uprising by a state of the art, an analysis of attitudes and skills of employees, based on theory and best environmental practices existing proposals and finally ended with a handbook of human resource management where powers listed in the different sections of the organization to the use of ICT and its application. Allowing be aligned with the perspectives and objectives of the organization analyzed, based on the sustainability and competitiveness of it.
