Abstract

In Europe, the company must adapt to the progressive development of norm in the matter of environment and to the increasing competition. This work has as objective to analyze as Reverse Logistics facilitates the adaptation to this norm and provides great benefits like the reduction of costs, new opportunities of business and improvement of the image of the company. We will analyze like the activities of Reverse Logistics like recovery and reusability of materials and products, they provide important competitive advantages so that the company adapts successfully to the new competitive surroundings. As well, we will analyze as the Colombian companies are not other people to these new benefits, and they begin to bet by Reverse Logistics like new source of competitive advantages.
