Abstract

This research analyzes the extraordinary appeal for unification of jurisprudence inserted into our legal system on the occasion of the issuance of Law 1437 of 2011 and raises a series of debates around its historical context , the consolidation of its structural elements in the Code, the legal consequences of their dysfunctionality both the intended jurisprudential unity in the administrative jurisdiction , as on the legal nature of the role of the Council of State and Supreme Court of administrative Litigation .
