The research and descriptive work concludes as a corporate cullture mainly evident in Colombian organizations by implementing five variables of the administrative theories: the vision of man, communications, administration, authority, rationalization and technology. The analysis of these variable in 250 companies of different sectors and various sizes allows us to conclude a first degree hypothesis that describes the approach to the theoretical models presented by F, Taylor and Max Webber as the predominant ones, and less importantly H. Fayol’s viewpoint, as well as other approaches. The predominance and validity of these administrative models defines several traits of the corporate culture seen in Colombia organizations, hence allowing to understand the reasons why applied management technologies have not had the success expected.
