Lineamientos para la intervención del Programa de Voluntariado Rosarista para la Gestión Social Instituto Rosarista para la Acción Social “Rafael Arenas Ángel” - SERES

Abstract

Keeping in mind the important work of the volunteer program for social management it was felt the need of identifying its actors, the intervention processes, the internal organization, the implementation difficulties and based on the results develop guidelines to improve those processes along the principles proposed by the University at the time of setting up the program. Among other things, it was found that the programme contributes remarkably to the training of the volunteers as well as to its beneficiaries. In order to increase those impacts the main need is to improve and consolidate the articulation between intervention and research; the qualifications and training of its volunteers and the consolidation of the team coordinating the program.
