Abstract

The following booklet is tool a for speech and language therapy students atl Rosario University. It contains the required information for the effective development and implementation of communication projects in any Human Resources Department, wheter in employee welfare or in occupational health. This booklet is composed of four chapters that cover the following topics: an introduction, the purpose of speech and language therapy study, human communication and its disorders in the work environment. Effective communication, listening and speaking are essential to both employers and employees. Therefore, the speech and language therapist is an ideal professional to prevent and improve of the aforementioned work skills.
