Características y dinámica del ejercicio del poder en una pareja durante el desarrollo de la mediación relacional simbólica

Abstract

This it is a study of qualitative investigation, exploratory, with methodology of case study in which one investigates on the characteristics and the dynamics of the manifest power in the relation of a couple in separation and that is put under a mediation process from a symbolic relational model. These aspects were determined from the observation that were realized to the couple during the mediation process, by means of audio-visual registries, the development of familiar genograma and the interviews to depth during the process; the following results of the verbal statements and the sign expressions of the man and the woman were obtained: The power aspect that appears in the couple with greater emphasis has relation with the children, the man physically retains the children which grants a handling to him of being able around her and the woman moves away of them to avoid confrontations with her ex-companion. A second aspect of power that pronounces so much in the man as in the woman is the related one to the personal characteristics identifies a manipulating character. In him it is demonstrated by the inadequate handling of the relation of the children with the mother and in her one becomes through the invention of situations or lies visible to justify his emptiness s. In the dynamics of being able demonstrated in the even object of this investigation the power it is pronounced in all defensive argument, in the justifications, recriminations, in the perception, the distrust and the imaginary negative that is had of the other, becoming thus in an absolute and despotic power preconceived like on the part of both member of the pair, these aspects of being able identified constitute in true obstacles negotiating of the pair, limiting the possibility of necessary interchange and understanding for the culmination of the mediation. It is to write down that the present project displays the classification of minimum risk, according to resolution 8430 of 1993
