Isomorphism in programs to combat poverty. The programs "Oportunidades" and "Puente"

Abstract

This article tries to analyze the homogeneity tendency present in the Latin American’s programs against the poverty. The paper compares two effective programs of last generation, characteristic of a set of programs: the Conditional Cash Transfer Programs. In order to findanswer to the investigation question we decided to use a design with a descriptive emphasis, our interest was to characterize and to compare the selected programs, which allowed to understanding the process which these programs tend to homogeneity. In this work the role assumed by the international organisms like financialand normative sources took special relevance for the governments of the region.
