This model is based in the social management of risk with emphasis on risk and protection factors. A test aimed to measure depression, hopelessness and anxiety levels was performed. The instruments used for the study were: Children´s Depression Inventory (CDI of Kovacs), The Hopelessness Scale, Beck’s HS, and The Spence Children´s Anxiety Scale, internationally validated. The last results showed a positive correlation (0.490) in the Spearman's range, and signification of 0, 01 (bilateral) for the three risk factors. An instruction book for early intervention is given, as well as a leaflet to the families for detection of risk and protection factors. From this, future implications are shown.
