IntroductionAmong the most common factors that influence the cause of accidents or illnesses are the biomechanical risk which may trigger skeletal muscle disorders caused by excessive repetition of movements, awkward postures and heavy lifting. Other possible risk factors are physical, psychological or personal origin. These factors can interact with each other and their influence can also be mediated by cultural or social factors. TargetDetermine working conditions, health and safety at work of care and administrative population of IPS in the city of Yopal Casanare. MethodCross-sectional study was conducted in 88 health team workers and administrative assistance both I and II level of complexity. Nordic Questionnaire tool safety and working conditions and health was applied. ResultsIn this study a greater share of the female gender with 88. 6% was found. Perceived job security was high at 60. 2%, average 37. 5% and 2. 3% decline in workers. Regarding the common position, it was found that 41% of workers in the health care level to work standing while the administrative and managerial levels normal working position is sitting, with 51. 9% and 66 , 7% respectively. Regarding performing repetitive movements occur in the care level and 34. 5% at the management level with 50%. In health conditions, pain predominates in the upper and lower limbs being more reported wrist pain both in administration and in health care. In the perception of security from work, it found that 38% considered minor accidents as a normal part of daily work, at the administrative level 74% accept taking risks even when times are tight work. ConclusionThe safety and health of workers tested were characterized by on workload, job autonomy and awareness of the importance of safety in the workplace. A workplace that employees can enjoy tolerate and encourage work motivation and deliver better results. However, poor conditions in the workplace, can affect the performance and productivity of employees.
