Teaching classes where the English proficiency level of individual students is varied is often the norm
for teachers. Even within CEFR bands, e.g. B1 or B2 there can be significant differences which pose a
challenge in trying to deliver your class objectives effectively to all students. This document covers practical strategies for professors and teachers dealing with content classes that have multi-level (heterogeneous) language users.
