Abstract

The exporting plan for Granola fit company, which produces grain cereal bars, was developed under the methodology proposed by the Centro de Innovación y Desarrollo Empresarial (CIDEM), accomplishing the required standards in five modules that are the base for the analysis of the current situation and projection of the company to the international markets. The export plan is based on sector analysis and the initial diagnosis of the company, giving a starting point for the selection of potential targets, objectives and quota to which they were made market intelligence, analysis of costs, the international logistics, the definition of objectives and strategies to ending with a specific export plan, based on market characteristics, the ability of the company and the required budgetary needs.
