Análisis de las relaciones de cooperación política y económica entre Italia y Libia. Una aproximación desde el perfil de sus líderes Gadafi-Berlusconi

Abstract

With the drafting and signing of the 2009 treaty of friendship in political and economic matters there's evidence that transformational leadership and charismatic leadership that can be attributed to both Muammar Gaddafi and Silvio Berlusconi, can act as a transforming process of cooperation between Italy Libya despite the constraints of structure on these two agents.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of the leaders Muammar Gaddafi and Silvio Berlusconi and how this characteristics help overcome the constraint of the structure of the international system and influence the political and economic cooperation through the preparation and signing of the friendship treaty between Italy and Libya in 2009.
