De un modelo tradicional de concesión a un esquema renovado de app para el desarrollo de proyectos de infraestructura vial en Colombia

Abstract

In the present investigation the Traditional Concession Model is contrasted with the Renewed Public Private Partnership Scheme proposed by law 1508 of 2010 and its implementing regulations, to establish, from contact and leakage points between the two institution, there is a real transformation of the paradigm; and this model enhanced private participation that has own defining features, it stands in principle, as a solution to the current demands of road projects of the Fourth Generation of Concessions in Colombia, but also gives opening the debate for the construction of academic knowledge, by its recent implementation.
