Resumen
The massive arrival of irregular migrants who came from sub-Saharan Africa has been a phenomenon which affect in economics, social, political and cultural terms, to the countries that belong to the European Union. In this way, the most affected countries by this type of migration (Spain, Greece and Italy) have asked to the others members of the European Union adopt a common policy and harmonized in order to solve the irregular migratory problematic. However, the cooperation, as unilateral action, has proven to be the most effective mechanism, especially the Spanish case, to contain and make an externalization of the sub-Saharan irregular migratory control and his movement in countries like Mauritania as a result of the process of securitization of the irregular migration inside Spain in the beginning of the twentieth century.
