Resumen
Work- family balance is a daily struggle that each person makes to satisfy the demands of both dimensions of his life. Failure to be aware of the problem that arises in the employee to achieve this balance and the absence of effective solutions to this, not only affects the organization through low productivity, abseenteeism, increased stress, among other effects, but also employeer’s social life, pshysical, psychological and his family life.
This is why this graduation project from a review of the literature shows how the worker’s perception of their work-family balance, is influenced by a organizational factor such as labor shifts, also evidences the solutions that have been successfully implement in different companies and finally proposes strategies that can be applied in organizations facilitating employees’s work-life balance.
