Abstract

To understand today the implications between the state and the way that the people associate that are generated in Medellin city, like a alternative to housing construction for the low source people, it’s necessary to begin from the way how the state and its institutions had considerated the social housing process that are generated since 1950 and how about have been imposed a social and economic profile, where the important part is the decision making function of some economics figures. Is there on that governmental decision making and that juncture conditions where it must be lined up the actuation ways of the affordable housing association, knowing that this associations claim the productive process on social aspects, citizen participation and community action in order to obtain a necessary and basic patrimony like it is the housing.
