Abstract

With the passage of time and the evolution of different legal models, it have been creating alternative phenomena, different from the internal justice of each country, in order to the pursuit of the confict resolution. Therefore, the decisions are becoming more widespread for all legal disputes, regardless of which legal’s system belongs. Thus, as it arrives to join our legal model arbitration, an alternative method of dispute resolution whereby the parties decide to bring their disputes before an arbitration tribunal, which is temporarily invested the power to administer justice, uttering a decision called award.
