El liderazgo en Colombia : un análisis de la investigación empírica en contextos organizacionales
Rueda Laguna, Gloria Johanna
The main purpose of the present analysis is to stablish the tendencies about leadership in Colombian organizations. Using a bibliometric study, a review was made from papers and texts extracted from journals found on publindex under categories a1, a2, b and c. The analysis of all texts was done through analytical table of several variables including types of leadership, results, year of publication, name of journals and authors. According to the results, it was evidenced that the topic has been studied in a significant way but there are still few conclusions that allow clarifying the leadership as a concept in Colombia. However, there are important findings, for example: predominant leadership styles like transformational and transactional leadership; the most common psychological variables: emotional intelligence, organizational climate, organizational culture, and finally the most important test: interviews and questionnaires. It is finally concluded that Colombia is a country that investigates in this subject, nevertheless there are no agreements and conclusions are not unified. The research will continue to promote a solid co-construction of leadership as a concept.
