Resumen
Since February 2014, the history of the Bolivarian republic got fractured. The people`s unsatisfaction, the social manifestations and the pacific mobilizations have been repressed as a consequence of an abuse of power led by the government of president Nicolas Maduro. The information and communication networks, in Margaret Keck and Kathryn Sikkin`s terms, have played a key role in evidencing the systematic violations of Human Rights, being this the main factor vulnerating the political stability and Venezuelan democracy. In this sense, the unawareness of fundamental guarantees, the damage to constitutional democracy and the multiplying role of transnational networks, have warned the international community regarding human rights deficit and therefore, exposing Venezuela as a weak democratic government.
