Sectores minero y ambiental, entre caminos confluyentes y divergentes

Abstract

This research conducted an analysis of the mining and environmental institutions from a historical and holistic view, from external and internal variables that have affected both sectors through history. Similarly, issues such as the conflict that from the creation of the environmental sector have arisen were reviewed, which led to a disruption of both sectors, maintaining a gap to the point that the asymmetry between the sectors has not been overcome, which has put the country in a dilemma situation having no unification in the formulation of public policies that should come together for the benefit of the country and of the sectors studied.
