Objective: Establishing the prevalence of cervicobrachial musculoskeletal symptoms and its association with pasteurizer milk process in a company in Nemocón, Cundinamarca. Methods: We performed a cross sectional descriptive study with 18 workers, we applied a survey based on Nordic Questionnaire and suggested by NIOSH looking for cervicobrachial musculoskeletal felt morbidity and individual factors including age, outside work activities, life time employment, job satisfaction, height and weight finding with the same measurement instruments for all population. We used frequencies, percentages, tendencies central units based on percentages and averages. It used Fisher test and student T. Results: The studied population was male gender with 26 years old of median. Worked time in the company had 3,5 years of median. The symptoms prevalence by body parts was very high, it was lower in the neck (16,7%) and higher in hand and wrist (88,9%). No difference was found between the presence of symptoms and activities outside work or with individual factors such as age and body mass index. Neither was related to job satisfaction and work life time. Conclusion: The results shows a high prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms in workers of a milk pasteurizer with exposure to risk factors by physical charge giving for postures, repetitive movement, charge handling and cold exposure, with the presence of cervicobrachial musculoskeletal felt morbidity. As there were not significant associations with outside work activities or individual factors, the high symptoms prevalence could be explained by the exposure to physical load at work.
