SCAD Colombia is a company that provides solutions for the documental automation in Latin – America. Nowadays SCAD provides a solution named Process Director developed by the Swedish software company Readsoft. This solution as for today does not have the recognition and sales levels expected, however, it does have an interesting and unexplored market. In 2012 SCAD Colombia pretends to find the way to obtain the goals set for this solution in the market. The present document “Marketing plan: SCAD Colombia case” propose a series of analysis and strategies that the company could follow, in order to get the desired and expected results.
