Our business plan is to commercialize and import flavored coffee in the form of cubes. 14 The fundamental purpose of this proposal is to enhance and add a greater value to the products that often accompany a business meeting, a social gathering, or other common daily activities. Adding traditional flavors to coffee will not only represent exclusivity within the consumer market, but will also encourage a taste for the traditional and the regional. This is a practical product that is exclusive, attractive, and healthy. Plan: Will carefully and precisely define the mission that drives the business, as well as focus on the market activity of the product. Identifying Resources: Will include a search for professionals that are highly skilled in the areas of marketing, business administration, and information technology. Business Appeal: Commercial: To enter the market with a product that has an innovative presentation. Production: To fulfill market expectations for quality and service delivery. In summary, our product is part of a relatively small business unit. For this reason, this proposal is flexible and has the capacity anticipate the changes and the opportunities presented by the market.
