Los partidos políticos y el sistema político colombiano

Abstract

This article goes through the concept of political party and intends to answer the question whether it exists or is necessary a system of political parties in Colombia and what type. It begins with the actual crisis of the Colombian political system, and one of its causes is the institutional fragility and the democracy of the parties, and the diffuse of the political parties system. There is an inspection of the reforms that from 1991 have wanted to affect the political parties system, considering the possible reasons of why the efforts to establish a better political have never worked.
