Resumen
The purpose of this article, is to accomplish, based in the study of variables of the business environment, as the business models, behavior, culture and business complexity, the elaboration an article that invites to think about the influence of the behavior of leaders in management models.
Based on the information that was gathered, functional patterns are seen in the behavior of the firms, derivate from the models of behavior of the people that manage them.
These implications could be classified as favorable and unfavorable, if associated as relevant condition in the lasting of the firms over time.
