Resumen
This research analyzes the influence of the illegal immigration by Central American Children in the reformulation of the United States’ migration policy in the period of 2010-2014. Focusing on Honduras case to explain the causes of that children migration dynamics, this paper seeks to analyze how the arrival of these populations generates certain effects in the decision making process of United States’ internal politics. On the one hand, through the Social Network theory and the Push and Pull theory, it highlights the characteristics of the migratory phenomena. On the other hand, through the concepts of Sensitivity and Vulnerability exposed in the Complex Interdependence theory of International Relations, as well as the Societal Security concept proposed by Barry Buzan, it studies the influence of children migration in the American government.
