Abstract

This work achieves different future scenarios expose labor living graduates of the School of Management at the University of Rosario. For this we have resorted to the use of methodology such as prospective, coupled with a solid theoretical framework, the use of the tool Mic Mac and expert opinion on the subject. At present, the problems which the majority of graduates is the lack of experience at the time of admission to a labor position, which is shown in the increase in unemployment and an upset to his working life. This is the reason why they felt the need to do this study, to clarify how the reality of the professionals, and ultimately to provide an alternative for improving scenarios. However, it is important to remember that the future is uncertain and that all scenarios experienced are the result of scientific studies and not proven facts.
