Sistema de responsabilidad penal para adolescentes en Colombia: algunos vacíos en la aplicación de la medida de libertad asistida, desde la perspectiva de los adolescentes sancionados

Abstract

The following work displays the different gaps experienced by the Criminal Responsibility System for Adolescents in Colombia for its acronym in Spanish (SRPA) Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes, by reconstructing testimonies and experience of adolescents inmersed in the SRPA serving on probation. For the previous analysis was taken as scenario, institutions assigned by ICBF for compliance of the aforementioned penalty, located in the cities of Barranquilla and Bogota D.C. On the other hand, the juvenile judicial systems in different latin american countries were observed, in order to comprehend the differences, similarities, advances and changes that have taken such systems allowing them to build prospects on “being” and “should be” of the juvenile judicial system.
