Descripción general de la estructura del área de RSE en BBVA Colombia y aspectos relevantes de su composición y funcionamiento

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to describe how the CSR area from BBVA Colombia works and operates. For this reason, it stir up an interest to offer a theoretical framework on social responsibility, and its implications within organizations, pointing out the changes on their management system, organizational structure, and the development of new corporate policies; giving a deeper research on the practical implementation of it in enterprises, on terms of frameworks and procedures.
