| dc.description.abstract | This work arises from the benefits of implementing tools, methodologies and theories learned in the Master of Health Administration, and are their own and inculcated by the Faculty of Management, (Rosario University) in a insurance company of life in Colombia.
It has taken a life insurer as a case of research for the development of a strategic analysis and prospective structure of which comprises three phases of research and each sheds valuable real results and to focus the company towards a lasting and strategic direction for the future. | |
