Abstract

The description of social process it is one of the meaning options during academics exercises that could develop in the research area. In the present work, the author using concepts, procedures, methodologies and socialjudicial performed an analysis of two models of intervention such as mechanisms to solve communitarian conflicts. The first one, the Symbolic Relational Model (SRM), the second one, the Rural Community Mediation Model (RCMM), which has been for long time in the Rural del Alto Sumapaz Region. Making an analysis of both procedures become to the conclusion that the procedure to progress in a different complexity and context. Before to implement it is necessary to study deeply in each one of the contexts without the intention to fall into themselves and also in the places where they coexist. The reconstruction of Sumapaceño speech as main part of the investigation of recognition and exaltation of the elements are fundamentals principles of the Communitarian Country Mediation. It could build making interviews and using the qualitative design of a designed group that work with the justice alternative existent. Finally, the academic study for the Master of Family and Community Mediation allowed to find different argumentative structures for this research were able to provide critical elements in such pitch as alternative mechanisms for conflict transformation, community justice, legal pluralism, mediation and of course the symbolic relational model (SRM).
