Abstract
The human resources area manage various processes and controls issues in organizations, but today with the new thinking and trends has become the conscience and the right hand of general management. They care about attracting and retention of talent, development phase, training and education, besides the other functions they have.
The above aspects involve numerous processes behind, one of them known as provision of personnel. The purpose of it is to have control of the headcount taking into account the needs and business requirements, but also attract people with growth potential to provide knowledge and results to the organization. To achieve these, human resources must go through a series of processes and procedures that enable to find such persons in order to integrate them and generate engagement from the date of joining the company.
At each stage of the supply of staff human resources fulfill important and needed tasks to make the next step, and combined with teamwork with other areas and the effective communication objectives of each stage are achieved. So it is vital to clearly understand processes within the provision of personnel, their importance and interrelation and how each one affects or benefits the company.
Once understood the above, it will be understood the relevance of recruitment sources and induction, and how new global trends in human resources area and specifically in the previous two stages, will provide opportunities to improve processes of provision of personnel generating value to internal customers and the company in the Andean Region (Bolivia, Colombia, Equator, Peru, Venezuela).
