The meaning and the implications of bicameralism in the institutional dynamics, whit particular reference to the Mexican case

Abstract

This article describes the source that has taken the bicameral system in the historical representative regimes and in the context of the democracies contemporary, so as also the path followed in the different models of States, putting special emphasis on the mexican political system.
