Abstract
As an invitation to think about the study of reality from complexity, this article presents theoretical evidence about the tensions that exist between the vision offered by the social sciences, seen as complex thinking, and the natural sciences, understood as complexity sciences, understood as complexity sciences, articulating with the experience of the recycler Estela Franco, who converted the plastic structure of a hypodermic syringe, into an electric switch, empirical and dialectical device capable of solving a problem of reality.
