| dc.description | Se analizan las limitaciones del Test de Plegamiento tradicional ,destacando su inaplicabilidad en el caso de pliegues con geometría conica.Se desarrolla una técnica de corrección para el caso de pliegues cilíndricos con eje buzante,caso que no era tenido en cuenta por el Test de Plegamiento tradicional. Se analizan las características generales de una superficie cónica con eje horizontal y se desarrollan las técnicas de corrección a aplicar en el caso de pliegues cónicos con el eje del cono horizontal y con eje del cono buzante.Se desarrolla una técnica para obtener la corrección a aplicar cuando las muestras provienen de bloques rotados sobre la superficie de fallas inclinadas. Se propone una definición para “corrección estructural” y “corrección tectónica”. Se presenta una serie de diagramas estereográficos que permiten individualizar las características geométricas de una estructura plegada a partir de la representación polar de los datos de rumbo e inclinación de los planos de estratificación. | es-ES |
| dc.description | Limitations of conventional “fold test” are analyzed, pointing out their failure when working with conical folds. A procedure is developed for the case of a cylindrical fold with plunging axis, which was not taken into account by the fold test.General properties of conical surfaces are analyzed and techniques to use in the case of folds with horizontal or plunging cone axes are developed. A technique to be applied to the case of a collection of samples from a rotated block associated with a tilted fault is also presented. “Structural” and “Tectonic” corrections are differenciated.Stereographic diagrams helping in the identification of geometrical characteristics of folds are presented. | en-US |
